Figure 5. TFP suppressed NRF2/HO-1 activation in both EBV-infected AGS and MKN45 cells. EBV-infected AGS and MKN45 cells were preincubated with 40 μg/mL or 20 μg/mL TFP or 10 μM erastin for 24 h. (A) DCFH-DA staining showed that TFP elevated ROS production in EBV-infected AGS and MKN45 cells (bar=30 μm).
