Figure 8. Specific knockout of Notch-1 in mice facilitates the phosphorylation of SHP2 in macrophages to suppress inflammatory factors, lipid synthesis and exosome secretion. This reduces the secretion of macrophage exosomes carrying inflammatory factors and lipid-synthesizing proteins to hepatocytes, thus protecting against NAFLD in mice.
