Figure 3. m6A regulates coding RNAs in cancers. Generally, m6A promotes cancer via the stabilization or translation of oncogenes and the degradation of tumor suppressor genes. Adversely, m6A suppresses cancer via the stabilization or translation of tumor suppressor genes, the degradation of the oncogene.
