The number of colonies was counted on the 14th day after seeding. (B) MDA-MB-231 and BT549 cells transfected with the SNHG3 siRNAs were subjected to the CCK-8 assay. (C) EdU assays were used to determine the cell proliferation ability of SNHG3 siRNAs transfected cells. (D) Flow cytometric cell cycle distribution assays to detect the proportion of BC cells in the G1, S, and G2/M phases after the transfection of SNHG3 siRNAs.
